Incident Report Sample
The Incident Reports our guards generate after each site visit all get sent out directly to our clients on a daily basis via email automatically at 7am the following morning.
If there was nothing to report, we will still send a report for your site however as just an NTR. This will be proof for our clients that we were on their site and the times and GPS location of our guard will be embedded and visible on their incident report.
We also store the reports into our client folders and review them daily in the office during our morning meetings and site talks. If any incident requires a follow up, then we will do this and then update the client accordingly with the updated version of their report.
